About Forest Hill
Lower Forest Hill is known for its palatial homes, with stately, older residences dating back to the early 20th Century, sitting side by side with contemporary designs on the pretty, shaded streets. The eastern and western ends of the neighbourhood, along the Spadina Road and Avenue Road corridors, feature a number of luxury condominium buildings with spacious suites.
Forest Hill is home to two of Toronto’s most prestigious private schools: The Bishop Strachan School (for girls) and Upper Canada College (for boys). For shopping, dining, and day-to-day errands, locals head to charming Forest Hill Village – on Spadina Road, just north of St. Clair Avenue West. The Village is local residents’ go-to for shopping, banking, or just grabbing a coffee or a meal with friends and is a constant beehive of activity.
