Jason’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by his family’s nearly four decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate. This foundation, combined with his education at the Rotman School of Management – University of Toronto, equips him with a sharp analytical mindset and a strategic edge in negotiations. Always evolving, he stays ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to empower his clients with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions.
A lifelong Toronto resident, Jason has lived in some of the city’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, from Harbord Village and Bay Street to Yorkville and The Annex. His most recent move has taken him beyond the downtown core to York Mills and Don Mills, giving him a broader perspective on the city’s diverse luxury real estate landscape.
Beyond real estate, Jason embraces everything Toronto has to offer—from discovering hidden dining gems to exploring local trails. An avid boater and member of the Mimico Cruising Club, he enjoys spending time on the water in Toronto Harbour. He’s also passionate about outdoor adventures, including hiking, mountain biking, and skiing, whether on the Don Valley Trails, in Collingwood, or in Revelstoke, BC. At home, he can often be found cooking, reading, and spending quality time with his wife, Daiyi, and their British Shorthair cat, Yoda.
